Program Coordinator

Chantelle is a North Charleston, SC native born to advocate for a better world for all. A Licensed Master Social Worker and current doctoral student researching wealth equity and economic justice, Chantelle brings a unique perspective the the Community Economic Development space. Managing South Carolina’s Community Navigator Pilot Program, she leads statewide efforts in assisting minority entrepreneurs with accessing education, resources, technical assistance and capital to start and scale their endeavors. Through these efforts, $25 million in capital has been administered to minority small business. She also leads efforts in building ecosystems to assist small business owners in accessing business fundamentals with a goal of eliminating barriers preventing wealth building through entrepreneurship.
